Refund Policy

catAI is operated by Maryna Yavtushenko (Sole Proprietor, Ukraine). All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) acting as merchant of record. Creem handles billing, receipts, and payment-related refund processing on our behalf.

Subscription refunds

catAI offers a 14-day refund on first-time purchases of any paid plan.

If you subscribed and catAI did not work as described — contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cataiapp.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of charge
  • Brief description of the issue

We respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Partial months after cancellation
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Charges older than 14 days from the request date
