catAI is a SaaS platform that turns Instagram DMs into a live storefront — customers browse your catalog, add to cart, and place orders directly in the chat. By using catAI you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You must comply with Meta's Platform Policy and Instagram's Terms of Use. You may not use catAI to send spam or violate Instagram's community guidelines.
All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) acting as merchant of record. Creem handles billing, receipts, and payment-related refund processing on our behalf. Service fees are charged according to the plan you select. First-time purchases of any paid plan are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
catAI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of business or data resulting from use of our service.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.
